About us, and why we care...
What you buy effects your world, and your wallet.
Be conscious, be concerned. Look where your world is
made from and constructed. We do not use slave labor,
or sweat shop labor. There are no third world citizens
scrapng by at .50 a day, to make our things.
We carefully pick out our raw materials, from small
family farms in the USA and Canada. We construct our
products from Hemp and organic cotton, and organic wool.
If things are dyed, they are dyed with low impact results.
We do not used bleached products, or petrol chemicals.
WE use USA and Canadian fabric when ever possible.
We use US and Canadian wool, for our pillows, blankets,
and dolls.
We cut back on shipping international freight, whenever
possible by using locally made products.
We want you to be happy supporting American made products,
because of the quality and conscious behind each and
every one of our products.
Natural America is a work from home business. We are
striving to promote products that will be healthier

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for
any reason you are not happy, we will be happy to exchange
your item(s) for another, minus the shipping. Custom
orders, food, and hygiene/cosmetic products not returnable.
All fabric items which are cut from bolt when ordered,
are not returnable or refundable. Return of orders will
be accepted up to 15 days after receipt of product,
provided RMA is given.
We ship USPS and UPS. Which ever is most cost effective.
Shipping is flat rate $8.50 for UPS ground, in the lower
48 only, shipping to AK and HI and CANADA are all acutal
shipping costs. Air, next day etc are all extra and
will be billed accordingly.
Shipping of orders is from OH. We will try to make
your order processing as smooth as possible.
If an item is returned we will happily give you store
credit. We do not make refunds. We give you store credit
less the shipping.
Taxing:
Orders shipped from OH to out-of-state purchasers will
not be taxed. Orders shipped from OH to in-state purchasers
will be taxed 7.0%.
Finalization of appropriate taxing and shipping will
be given on order confirmation.
Credit Card Orders:
LSH,INC will show up on your credit card order. You
will recieve when possible a computerized credit card
receipt. When this is not possible you will get an email
to confirm your total.
Returned Checks:
Any returned checks for any reason (insufficient funds,
etc.), that party will incur a min. of $25 additional
charge plus any legal fees that may be involved.
